We have tons of beautiful apples so this is the first of what I’m sure will be several apple recipes!

This recipe is from the Pioneer Woman and is easily adaptable.  It can be refrigerated or canned.  We chose to refrigerate this batch to ensure we actually liked it before tackling a huge amount of applesauce.

It was great and we will certainly be doing a larger batch to can.
